Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

it should be sold as in capital cities

[it is displayed as 1g and no honor for Ogrimmar, but it should be in line with Stormwind vendor]
wotlk: 20 pieces, 1g + 8 honor

[for progression]
tbc: 5 pieces, 20 silver + 2 honor

further, it should be sold in nagrand for different values (without honor requirement)
