Modifying part of LOB with dbms_lob.write does not work. The information about DML commands do not appear in output.

This is a known issue. This is because during dbms_lob.write command just partial information is written to the redo log. During such operation just part of the LOB whole field is written. Information about the row where the data belongs to is not always present, thus it is not possible to recreate full DML command.
