播放h264的视频，拖动进度条后会一直卡一下播放一下，就跟网络很差的情况一样，但是播放h265的视频又不会，请各位指点一下这种问题要怎么解决它

文件缓存到本地播放卡吗？需要具体分析下，怀疑是文件的问题
