You didn't think to make a GUI configurator for the file.launchpad.yaml?

It would be more convenient to look at the configuration result immediately and validate it

TUI or something using https://github.com/wailsapp/wails? Or were you think SwiftUI?

I think SwiftUI is better for better performance.
But if it's faster to do it as a Web Application, then it's also a good option.

I'm looking towards clarity to immediately show what the Dock, Launchpad and desktop background will look like
