[Feature Request] Refactor CAMEL multi-agent Streamlit UI

Motivation

we made a draft multi-agent Streamlit UI, but it was not further maintained and currently have some bugs.
make this demo UI back to life and add more support like web search, local file RAG by using function calling to better show the capabilities of CAMEL.
