(I'm posting here as https://github.com/captainhookphp/captainhook-phar doesn't have a discussions section)
I just installed and configured captainhookphp/captainhook-phar, and when I go to test it, with a very basic config, I get this error:

This is the config for that hook:

The action field was missing the initial \ (escaped); should be like so:

            {
                "action": "\\CaptainHook\\Phar\\CaptainHook\\App\\Hook\\PHP\\Action\\Linting"
            },

I'll try to find the time to submit a PR as this is the config the configure command generated.

The correct value should be

            {
                "action": "\\CaptainHook\\App\\Hook\\PHP\\Action\\Linting"
            }

It seems that the PHAR is somehow messing up the namespace during config generation.
I will have a look and check what's going on.
