Ctrl+Alt+W / AltGr+W triggering the Ctrl+W keyboard shortcut making it impossible to type | on the Czech keyboard with default settings

When I type | on the Czech keyboard I do it via the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Alt+W or AltGr+W. This however tries to close the open document as if I pressed Ctrl+W. I can bypass this via editing the keyboard shortcuts but that shouldn't be necessary, as this issue isn't present in other apps that have the Ctrl+W shortcut like Firefox.
