Looking through the logs for a specific pull request number gives a lot of noise, because some log entries contain the entire state of the program.

Perhaps we could add a Grafana-detectable metadata field containing a link to the pull request (if applicable to that message) so log entries relevant to handling that specific pull request can be filtered.

Additionally, maybe we could reduce some of the noise by not logging the whole state.
