Definitely yes, the "ALT + M" shortcut is simply useless. Pressing it opens a menu where the user has to click whether they want to mark the conversation as "Pending" or snooze the conversation.

Describe the solution you'd like

Similar to how it's done in Intercom, the shortcut would automatically snooze the conversation. (Example: using "Alt + M" would immediately snooze the conversation until the user replies)

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Create a new shortcut to automatically snooze the conversation until the user replies
2. Add the possibility for users to create custom shortcuts with customized actions

@arthurbarret0 Alt + M brings up the snooze/pending menu, which you can toggle with arrow keys. You can get away without using mouse/clicking around.

A dedicated shortcut would be helpful, though.
