Is your feature or enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

I want to add OpenAI's chatGPT integration to the existing chatwoot. But because the region I work in does not allow direct requests from OpenAI, I hope to add a simple configuration so that all requests sent to OpenAI go through this proxy. This is very important for chatwoot users in some regions. (Although this is not a necessary function of chatwoot and a problem that needs to be solved) But it feels necessary, most applications that interact with OpenAI support configuring proxies.

@EsqerYasen Thanks for the suggestion. However, as suggested here, we will not be supporting this.
