3.5.6.3208

为什么你认为需要此功能

QQNT的对话泡已经失效了，现在能用对话泡的QQ版本都被云控了，新版适配不了的话不如给旧版和Tim适配难度应该会小些

联系到哪些已经存在的bug或者功能

MessagingStyle通知
在QQNT上对话泡和通知栏快捷回复失效

具体功能需要/Specific features require

看过TIM，它的混淆程度有点严重

其实理论上只要适配了QQ8.3.9，Tim应该就能支持
