Describe the problem

I prefer to not use smooth scrolling when using apps / websites.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to have an option to turn off smooth scrolling.

Alternatives considered

No response

Additional context

There is an open issue on tauri to address a similar issue: tauri-apps/wry#267

Note: I am on a Linux platform and smooth scrolling is enable anyways
