Is pulling images from behind a http proxy supported?

I'm trying to see if tart will work in an environment that only allows external connections through a reverse proxy. I've tried using the HTTPS_PROXY and ALL_PROXY variables when pulling an image, but they don't seem to work. Digging a bit through the docs I also didn't see any option for this. Is this supported?

I've managed to answer my own question. If someone needs this in the future, if you set the Proxies setting for the connection in System Settings it will work.
