Configure Client side health interval configuration

We want to introduce the SBA for one of our client which has many MS. Currently, we(SBA) don't have capability to configure status interval configuration at client level. I do see we have spring.boot.admin.monitor.status-interval at admin but that will be applicable for my all client.

We want to have this feature(setting status interval) at client level, so we can set the interval per client. Since we have couple of clients of orchestrator (which calls multiple services take more time time overall).

thanks for your request, but this requires some more changes and will not have any high priority.
We will leave this open, but is is unlikely to be implemented in near future. If you like you can provide a Pull Request.
