limit the scope of pagination API to fetch a predefined number of repositories #135

Describe the bug
pagination api has no upper limit

To Reproduce
../ext/catalog/detail?n=

Expected behaviour
the n should not be greater than 100

Additional context
in any case we should not need more than 100 repositories at once
