Improve no contexts empty screen

If you go to Settings > Preferences > Kubernetes and have it set to the wrong path or an invalid file, the Settings > Kubernetes page says:

No Kubernetes contexts found
Check that $HOME/.kube/config exists or KUBECONFIG environment variable has been set correctly.

Describe the solution you'd like

The message should be improved to at least refer to the preference, or state that the preference may be set wrong.
