Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I want my local registry to be polled every 30 seconds, so pushes from CI/CD are quickly applied.

Describe the solution you'd like

Scan for label like com.centurylinklabs.watchtower.interval=30s and use this interval for this container only.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Start second watchtower instance

I'd like to see this feature as well. My use case is some containers are more important to be updated more regularly than others. For example, I want Authelia to be updated at least nightly to bring in the latest security patches. But for other containers I favor stability, such as Grafana which I only want to update maybe weekly

Agree it seems canonical to piggy back off of the labels functionality currently only used to include/exclude containers at all.
