Log output when lifecycle hooks fail

When a lifecycle hook fails, watchtower logs that it did fail, but there's not enough information to diagnose what went wrong.

Describe the solution you'd like

Log stdout/stderr to the watchtower logs.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Shell redirection to a file inside the container
