Right now the metric support in coturn (often referred as Prometheus) is not really useful, because metrics get an update at the end of a session/allocation, only. Metrics should be updated instantly so that a more or less life monitoring is possible. Furthermore documentation should be improved. Last but not least it is suggested to ditch the digitalocean/prometheus-client-c and use libprom, an improved fork of prometheus-client-c.
