Kubernetes: api server should get env values from secret for oauth authentication

If one would switch on the google oauth authentication it would not work as the api server deployment is not setup for getting the values from the danswer-secrets.

A solution for this would be to add the two required oauth values as environement variables on the deployment and getting the values from the secret.
