new release v021

There is a new release marked v021. This is latest build from the master source with minor changes for version marking.

It incorporates a number of fixes and minor changes from the last release.

You can install by directly installing the wheel file in your databricks environment, or you can use %pip install to install the library directly in your environment.

For example, using the follow command in a notebook cell will install the latest current version in your notebook:

%pip install git+https://github.com/databrickslabs/dbldatagen@current

It works in Delta Live Pipelines also!
