Episode timings need to be updated

What is the problem?

A carry-over from the old template of this lesson (which was different from that used by all other Carpentries lessons), episode files include estimated timings as a minutes field in their front matter. This value cannot be processed by the new infrastructure, resulting in a default duration of ten minutes being displayed for every episode in the lesson schedule table.

These minutes values need to be divided up into values for teaching and exercises to be interpreted by the lesson infrastructure.
