问题表现：删除知识库中某文件后，提问该文件相关的问题，仍能得到基于已删除文件中的内容生成的回答。

问题复现过程：

新建知识库，上传文档；
搭建知识库问答技能，选择该知识库；
删除知识库中的某个已成功解析的文件；
提问与已删除文件相关的问题；
可以获得基于已删除文件中的内容生成的回答，但无法成功溯源。

可能原因：知识库文件删除后VectorStore中的数据未同步删除。
