I just tested the newest dbt-checkpoint version against hooks on models, and most of them seem to function properly (specifically the ones relating to properties files/descriptions/etc.). However, the check-script-ref-and-source hook throws an error in instances where a versioned model is referenced within another model.
Here's the error I received (with model names changed for privacy):
Missing model (ref) example_model_responses, v=2
Missing model (ref) example_model_groupings, v=2
For now I'm stripping that hook from our pre-commit but it would be awesome if this could be fixed!
