Correct way to use crop_box_from_image and layout boundingBoxes

I'm trying to crop and save the bounding boxes as separate images! I thought just getting the bounding box from each layout and using "crop_box_from_image" would do the trick, but the cropped image is just completely off (it barely overlaps with the actual bounding box. I think I'm just using it the wrong way! Can someone give me some pointers so I can better understand how to do this cropping here?

at this point the image looks great and bounding boxes are spot on!

for dp in df:
    for i, layout in enumerate(dp.layouts):
        plt.imshow(dd.datapoint.crop_box_from_image(image, layout.bounding_box))

for some reason here, the cropped images are off. I'd appreciate any pointers if you see the problem with my approach, or you know of a more standard way to do this cropping and saving.

I just realized I was using the page.viz() rather than page.image directly!
problem solved
