Enhancement 馃殌
Currently Deepdoctection split documents in single pages and saves the file. It would be good that it can also split documents in specified chunk size. For example, chunks of 10 pages.

Motivation 馃挭
I needed this in a project and saw Deepdoctection already split documents in single pages but I needed chunks.

Alternatives 鈿栵笍
Write a custom function using other libraries that also save the file and then load each file using Deepdoctection.

I have created a PR #212 that might solve this. Perhaps it is not so elegant but it works.
