Add dash to the Open VSX registry for open source users

Current open source users of vscode and its forks cannot use the proprietary Microsoft marketplace and thus rely on the Open VSX registry/marketplace integrated with vscodium to install extensions.

Please add dash to Open VSX through https://github.com/eclipse/openvsx/wiki/Publishing-Extensions so that open source users can easily access and use the extension.
