Describe the problem

Delta clone does not copy the table comment to the target table, only the comments related to the columns.

Steps to reproduce

create or replace table test_tbl_comment(id int comment 'PK', name string) comment 'a comment';
insert into test_tbl_comment values (1, 'Andrea'), (2, 'William');
create or replace table test_tbl_comment_dclone deep clone test_tbl_comment;
describe table extended test_tbl_comment_dclone;

Observed results

Only the comment related to id column has been replicated

Expected results

The table comment should be replicated as columns

Databricks DBR 15

And BTW this doesn't seem like a kernel issue
