In airgapped environments, Devtron installations are making outbound API calls, public access. This results in failure of certain functionalities such as retrieving the latest Devtron version, integrations, Dockerfile templates, and accessing Discord chat.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Install Devtron stack using the Helm chart.
2. In an airgapped environment, observe that some outbound API calls are still being made, leading to the inability to access essential information.

👍 Expected behavior

Devtron installations in airgapped environments should not make any public API calls, ensuring that all necessary functionalities and information are accessible within the restricted network environment.
