🔖 Feature description

This feature request is to enhance orchestrator's audit logs by adding apiResponseTime for each api call.

🎤 Pitch / Usecases

In my usecase I want to understand how much time was taken to throw apiResponse for a certain api which was failing due to server side errors (http 5xx).
