Describe the Bug

Filtering on the year of the dob field which is a DateTime field, works when just using greater or less than, but when using between it isn't working.

To Reproduce

Filter on a datetime field using between and the YEAR function, potentially on a relationship as well.

Have noticed this since 10.6 but not sure when it might have started.
