在如何设计一个可以动态扩容缩容的分库分表方案中，直接简单粗暴的份32*32的方式明显不符合当前面试情况，而且也不太支持所谓的动态扩容所容，建议可以新增一个方案利用hash+range的方式，进行动态扩容缩容。
