The inclusion of the docinfo attribute in asciidoc.conf leads to the following warning for make purehtml:
mw@nuc:~/work/dpmb$ make purehtml
asciidoc debian-paketmanagement.txt
asciidoc: WARNING: version.txt: line 2: {include:/opt/mw/work/dpmb/debian-paketmanagement-docinfo.html}: file does not exist

Does it really fail (subject of the bug report) or is it just a warning (body of the bug report)? So far I only get that warning (which I don't yet really understand, but it seems to be related to the include::version.txt[] inside the document header), but the generated HTML document looks fine to me, i.e. I noticed, but ignored that warning for now.
Sorry for the confusion:
The build does not really fail, but only a WARNING is shown.
A possible workaround could be an empty debian-paketmanagement-docinfo.html file.
This file could be used (later) to include some information for the HEAD section of the resulting HTML file. See http://www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/userguide.html#X87
