Changing HISTSIZE can cause data loss

Upon install hstr, the user's .bashrc is modified and HISTSIZE and HISTFILESIZE vars are set to 10000. In my case, this was lower than my previous configuration and caused history data to be lost.

Please consider adding a condition or otherwise taking the previous history size into account before changing a users configuration.
