Libraries authors need to know a few things to write good library in effector ecosystem:

Fork API support (no actions during module imports, start event etc)
Compilation with babel-plugin with rollup
Manual sid and name insertion instead of compilation with babel-plugin

Maybe something more

We need to write a guide for them
