Please make action.tags available for uptime monitors.

Describe the feature:. Right now the uptime monitors do not allow the inclusion of the tags of the monitor itself, just the alert rules. It would be nice to have an action variable, that could pull the tags from the monitor to be able to send context.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
This would allow for better orchestration off of the payload data of alerts. It would allow individuals to customize the payload, and give identifiers of groups.
