Actually market place is just an interface with Minio, what to do:

1. User can select from different market places
2. Different marketplaces are defined in a configuration file
3. User can see public data sets which can be used and download directly.
4. User can see private data sets which must pay or ask permission to use.
5. We need to have our first market place and it must be exposed as a service.
