Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some products are not searchable by common terms. For eg, searching for tofu does not include opentofu in the results, searching for bsd does not show all BSDs, and searching for JDK does not show all JDKs.

Describe the solution you'd like
A keywords parameter that would provide additional search terms.

Our theme supports custom content for search index, so we can probably use that to index additional fields from the YAML. Probably a new field called searchKeywords where can provide additional content that gets included in the index. We can probably also include content from other fields into this, such as the category/tags.
