Thank you. That sorted that. However, if the
is set to 0, the front-end control can still be set to values lower than zero. Setting min_temperature to -1 restricts the setting to a minimum of -1, which is expected behaviour. |

I need to be able to control a heater over the range 5-10⁰C
On validating I get:
default_target_temperature_low for Winter is set to 5.0 which is less than the visual minimum temperature of 10.0.
platform: thermostat
name: Inline heater controller
sensor: heat_pump_inlet_temperature
min_heating_off_time: 300s
min_heating_run_time: 300s
min_idle_time: 30s
heat_action:
- switch.turn_on: inline_heater
idle_action:
- switch.turn_off: inline_heater
default_preset: Winter
preset:
- name: Winter
default_target_temperature_low: 5 °C
This is inconsistent with the home assistant thermostat which can have a lower value than 10.
Can this be fixed?
