For the past year (or so) I've been replacing a lot of batteries in my MiFlora devices as they only seem to last a few weeks. Turns out I had active broadcast enabled which probably caused the draining.
However, for MiFlora active connections are needed to be able to query the battery (and firmware version). Other details (moisture, light etc) is being broadcasted by the MiFlora devices.
Is there a way to periodically connect to a MiFlora device (e.g. after it sent a broadcast but only once every 24 hours) without having to hardcode the mac adresses / devices?
