I have just configured a ESP32DEV with ESPHOME and Home Assistant. The device has configured and is on my network as long as I keep it connected to the PC via USB. If I disconnect the USB it drops the Wi-Fi connection. I am powering the ESP32 via a battery pack outputting just over 5v.
Can anyone point in the right direction? Many Thanks.
