Environment

  • Application : Gauzy Desktop Timer
  • Version: v0.474.15
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 23.04

Expected behavior

When the "Capture active monitor, Monitor at current pointer position" option is enabled, the application should capture the monitor screen where the mouse pointer is located.

Current behavior

When this option is enabled, screen captures stop working. Notifications appear, but nothing is displayed in the "Last screenshot taken" section.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have multiple screens
  2. Open Gauzy Desktop Timer
  3. Go to settings
  4. Select the option "Capture active monitor, Monitor at current pointer position".
  5. Wait for Gauzy Desktop Timer to take a screenshot

Workaround

Revert to the initial "Capture all monitors, All connected monitors" configuration to restore the screen capture functionality.
