Place order button keeps loading and order item quantity is reduced when order fails[BUG]

When placing an order using stripe test card with failing card number, the place order button keeps loading and ordered item reduces in quantity.
Expected: Loading needs to stop when error message is received. And order item quantity should not reduce if order fails.
Use this issue to also check if order item quantity reduces if order is failed when using other payment options as well. Make sure it does not reduce in quantity if it fails as the severity of this issue is critical.

It also happened when I placed order 13353 on demo.evershop.io with Test Success, however the order was made successfully with paid status. Then I placed order 13354 and it didn't happen.
