for my specific case, I was analyzing a similar situation of a company that does small exports but all over the world.

but since customs, taxes and currency exchange changes often, he uses a custom product that they have developed, from which customers can create a cart without prices (e.g. I want 2 red and 3 green boxes)

they send the cart order as a "pre-order" to the office; the office receive an email, they make a price and send a confirmation email to the customer with the prices indicated.

The next step (future or custom) would be to send a subsequent email to the customer with a link to reconfirm the order now that it has the prices; but obviously this is a whole other extra block. But this maybe is better as separated tool?
