Logger should belong to the internal or external #136

So, the application is divided into 2 layers, internal and external:

Business logic (Go standard library).

Tools (databases, servers, message brokers, any other packages and frameworks).

According to the above, I understand that should belong to the external.
But it can be called at http handle, so i was confused.
