app.all() broken for combination of middlewares in 4.18.0 and 4.18.1 - Related to #4913

Hello All,

This issue correctly points out problem with app.all() method for multiple middlewares. This issue is seen in 4.18.0 and 4.18.1 but as the discussion concludes, there were no updates on release 4.18.2 and the issue has been locked and closed. Any updates on this ?

This commit introduced the issue and has 4.18.1 and 4.18.0 tagged and this commit has the fix but still on master and not tagged yet.

If there has already been a fix for this, would please someone point to right direction.
