Signing in after first signing up, all interests are gone and All following are gone. This happened every time I log in?

So I signed up and. through Github with signing into there every freaking day is annoying as hell. And then I signed back into here Dev.. And the interest and stuff I spent like 15 minutes picking out so that I'd have something interesting to look at when I came back. Are all gone And I'm not doing all that stuff again. All I have on is a VPN. I'm not turning it off for this, I don't understand why that's such an issue. It's the same freaking email address.
