Missing feedback when using transaction related features in the framework when XA requirements and configuration is missing

Describe the issue
Would be nice to have some feedback from the framework about the transaction related features not working with the current configuration. Currently if you forget or don't know that you need to configure a XA variant of the database driver and configure a transaction manager, it simply just doesn't work and results in practically undefined behavior.

We should wire some Bus Endpoints via the Environment context instead of the application context so we can return startup errors to the console when (for instance) the framework cannot start.
