Include Jetpack 4.4 support for jetson nano

The master branch is broken because the devices Jetson Nano and Jetson TX2 use the same config-file but different dockerfiles. TheTX2 image uses Jetpack 4.4. However, the nano image uses Jetpack 4.3.

To fix the issue I see 2 approaches:

• Split the config file into 2 (Fix master for jetson nano #117)
• Make the jetson-nano image compatible with Jetpack 4.4.
