我发现 GetPhysicalMonitor 这个API只是在windows驱动中查询显示器的描述信息，如果显示器并没有安装显示器驱动，获取到的描述就只会显示为 General PNP Monitor

显卡驱动程序能在不安装显示器驱动的情况下识别出两个同一品牌同一型号不同批次的显示器的型号之间的差异
27GL850 和 LG ULTRAGEAR
